Support for Healing, Meaning, and Self-Trust
Life is full of chapters that ask us to become someone new. Whether you're navigating a career change, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, questions of identity, or the aftermath of difficult experiences, therapy can help you make sense of your story and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas practicing under the board-approved supervision of Dr. David Huffman, PhD, LPC-S, RPT-S. I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and questions of identity. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapy and particular experience supporting survivors of abuse, individuals recovering from harmful relationship dynamics, and those processing religious trauma or faith deconstruction.
As a therapist, I hold to the belief that the person is not the problem—the problem is the problem. My approach is collaborative, caring, honest, and gently challenging. Together, we can explore the stories that have shaped your life, reconnect with your values and strengths, and create space for new possibilities.
If you're looking for a therapist who offers trauma-informed care and a respectful, non-judgmental space to explore meaningful change, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
